100% Health does just that, it's a concept mobile application with the sole purpose of aggregating data about your bodies performance (Hearth rate, Blood pressure, Weight, Blood chemistry, Activity, Nutrient/Diet, Sleep, Etc) and reporting this information back to the user in a simple, intuitive display of visual data.
